On May 31st, 2023, Wednesday, ‘The Ranch’ star was seen in handcuffs at a LA courtroom. 

Reportedly, he could get thirty years to life behind bars after the juries found him guilty on two counts of r*pe at his second trial.

Bijou Phillips, Danny Masterson wife, breathed hard after the judge read out the verdict and cried when her husband was taken into custody.

At the same time, a group of friends and family sat emotionless behind him throughout both trials.

The chances of parole or bail are next to zero until Danny’s final sentencing occurs.

However, the Judge has not announced any next date, but they told him and his lawyer to return to court on August 4, 2023, for a hearing.

One of the women whom Masterson knew as a fellow member of the church and was convicted of r*ping at his place in 2003 said after the second trial, she was experiencing a complex array of emotions.

However, the second claimant is the defendant’s former girlfriend, whose account left the jury at a standstill.

She also gave a statement after the trial in which she said that she was happy that Danny would face some punishment.

The unnamed claimant was devastated when Danny dodged illegal accountability for his s*xual conduct against her.
